Ratan Tata last year in October made his debut on Instagram and literally broke the internet. From putting up adorable pictures of dogs to sharing throwback images from his young days, the former Tata group chairman mastered the social media game and kept his followers fully entertained.
Recently, Ratan Tata reached the 1 million followers mark on Instagram and to celebrate the good news he posted a picture of himself with a thank you note.
In the image, Ratan Tata can be seen sitting cross legged on the floor with a smile on his face. He posted the image with a heartfelt caption thanking his followers for making the journey incredible.
He wrote, “I’ve just seen that the number of people on this page has reached a milestone. This wonderful online family is not what I expected when I joined Instagram and I have you to thank for it. I do believe that the quality of connections you make in this age of the internet is far greater than any number. Being a part of your community and learning from you is truly exciting and makes me very happy and I hope our journey together continues.”
After Ratan Tata posted the image it quickly went viral and his followers took to the post to praise the industrialist and left heartfelt comments under it. One user wrote, “You are one of the most charismatic guys in the country.”
