2 teaspoons Raisins
1 (Smal) – Papaya
1 Sliced banana
1 Pineapple slice
1 teaspoon – AmIa juice |
Cinnamon powder (as per taste)
½ Teaspoon Crushed walnut
Combine the papaya. banana and few Ice cubes bi a blender and puree until smooth. Add the amla juice and cinnamon powder into it and mix well. Pour It Into glasses and garnish with crushed walnut, pineapple, and soaked raisins.
Oats Cookies Fortified With Raisins
1 Cup – Oats (powdered)
20 Grams – Pumpkin seed powder
1 Teaspoon – Butter
½ Cup – Milk
1 Teaspoon – Vanilla essence
A Pinch – Baking powder
2 Tablespoons – Raisins
Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough. Divide the dough and shape into small cookies by pressing the pieces between your hands. Place in a microwave oven at 650 degrees Celsius for two minutes and 30 seconds. Remove from the oven when done, cool and serve.
