KMAT is the common entrance exam for MBA/PGDM Admissions 2019.
Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is organized by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) which is situated in Bangalore. This entrance test is for Management and Computer Science postgraduate courses as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
The National Level Entrance Test follows UGC guidelines and is open to all eligible candidates across India to apply. The candidate will get admission as per their cut off and merit list. This exam is for analyzing a candidate’s abilities on the basis of his/her logical or aptitude skills.
KMAT Karnataka Admit Card 2019
Admit card is a very important document which a candidate has to carry to the exam hall along with a photo ID card. KMAT 2019 will be conducted on October 20, 2019 in 10 exam centers all over India.
Candidates who have completed KMAT Karnataka 2019 registration successfully, can download KMAT 2019 Admit Card by entering KMAT Karnataka 2019 Application Number, Date of Birth, and Email ID to download the admit card. Admit card should be preserved till the admission process is done it is an important document. KMAT 2019 result will be out on the official website on October 30, 2019. To check the result, candidates will have to enter their credentials given on the Admit Card.
Candidates must affix a passport-sized color photograph on KMAT 2019 Admit Card after they download it from the website. In case, there is an issue with a test center given in admit card that leads to cancellation of the same, they will notify respective candidates about re-allotment via email to their registered email address.

KMAT Karnataka 2019 Exam Pattern
KMAT Karnataka exam structure can also be known as the exam pattern. It is paper-pen based Exam. KMAT Karnataka question paper is divided into three major sections. It is of medium level of difficulty. For MBA course, topics included are:
- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
- Quantitative Ability
- Logic Reasoning
It has equal marks distribution for all questions. Each section carries 40 marks for 40 questions means one mark for each question. Total 120 Multiple Choice Questions are there. No negative marking is there.

Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
Candidate should be very well-versed in English Language, very clear to the basics of Grammar, Sentence completion, Comprehension of passages, Synonyms, Antonyms, and vocabulary. KMAT Karnataka syllabus also includes few topics such as relatable questions on Phrases, Expressions, Choice of appropriate words, content of the passage and similar Language skills.
Quantitative Ability
This section will be based on basic fundamental knowledge of maths in Metric standard. This will test the candidate’s ability of how good and accurate they are with numbers, basic numeric calculations and formulas, involving Percentage, Time and Speed, Interest, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion. Apart from this, KMAT Karnataka exam section will also consist of Trigonometry, Algebra, and Geometry. About these topics, interpretation of tables, graphs and Charts questions can be asked.
Logic Reasoning
This section identifies a candidate’s capability of solving problems fast and accurate. It includes verbal reasoning and analogy.
