UPTET exam dates 2019 have been announced. The teacher eligibility test will be conducted by UPBEB on December 22. UPTET 2019 application form will be released on November 1.
- UPTET 2019 notification will be released by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board in October month at upbasiceduboard.gov.in official site.
- UPBEB will release UPTET notification 2019 PDF in Hindi with the important details such as events dates, eligibility, fee, application form link, syllabus, pattern, etc.
- As per the latest news resources, the UPTET notification 2019 will be released after Diwali. There might be some minor changes in the application fee of UPTET 2019 notification.
- Candidates applying for the UPTET exam will have to pay ₹ 100 extra in the form of fee.
- OBC and general category candidates will have to pay ₹ 600 while SC & ST categories required to pay only ₹ 500 fees.
- UPTET exam date 2019 for Paper 1 & Paper 2 will also be announced with the release of official notification by UPBEB. However, the UPTET exam is expected to be held in the month of December 2019. Earlier, the exam was likely to be held on October 2019.
- UPTET exam consists of Paper 1 & Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted to recruit Primary Level Teacher for Class 1st to 5th Class while Paper 2 for Upper Primary Level from Class 6th to 8th.
- UPTET exam, an Uttar Pradesh state-level Teacher Eligibility Test which is conducted to recruit the:
- Primary school Teachers, and
- Upper Primary Level Teachers
- Candidates who qualify the UPTET exam will be awarded the UPTET eligibility certificate which remains valid till 5 years.
- UPTET application form 2019 link will be activated as soon as the exam notification announced. The apply online link for UPTET will be active until the announced last date.
- This time, D.El.Ed and B.Ed 1st semester trainee will also be eligible to participate in October month’s UPTET exam.
- As per the latest announcement, the Teachers who are in the training period can now sit in TET exams.

How to fill UPTET 2019 application form?
Candidates can fill UPTET application form in online mode on the official website of the board by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPBEB.
Step 2: Click on the UPTET online form link.
Step 3: Fill all details asked in the application form such as name, parents’ names, date of birth, exam centre preference, category, gender, contact address, educational qualification, etc.
Step 4: Click on the declaration at the end of the page.
Step 5: Click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 6: Note down system-generated the registration number.
Step 7: Pay UPTET 2019 application fee credit card/ debit card/ internet banking/ e-challan.

UPTET 2019 Eligibility
1. Age Limit
To apply for UPTET 2019, you need to have minimum age 18 years. There is no maximum age limit for UPTET 2019.
2. Educational Qualification
Primary Teacher (Class 1st-5th)
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education)* OR
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Graduation + B.Ed final year appearing & passed aspirants can apply
Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6th-8th)
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 Years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.El.Ed OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed
UPTET Selection Process
Those who score 60% for general category and 55% for the reserved category will be counted as qualified for UPTET 2019. The UPTET qualifying marks are given below:
