Age Erase In Your 20s
After your teens, when your skin just goes topsy-turvy, it is in your 20s that your skin starts settling down and glows with natural youthfulness. Don’t take the glow and shine for granted. Your carefree lifestyle, lack of sleep, endless partying, alcohol, smoke and neglect of the skin can give rise to skin issues and start the aging process faster, In your 20s your main skin goal should be to preserve and protect. Regular skin cleansing and protection should be your key beauty ritual.

If you have irregular sleep cycles and spend lot of nights staying up, then add an antioxidant like vitamin C and omega fatty acids to your diet as well as your skincare regime.

At nights, after washing your face you can apply a hydrating mask or a layer of your cream or moisturiser, But clean it oft before you hit the bed.
Age Erase In Your 30s
During your 30s you have a good career, good set of friends and more stability in life than before. More importantly, you feel all grown up. But this is the time when you are also starting to worry just a bit when you look at the mirror. As you progress in your 30s, some of the signs of ageing start to show up. The most important part is to find a right exfoliating tace wash or scrub that goes well with your skin type. This illuminates your skin and keeps it soft and supple.
Step 1
Continue with the regime you set up in your 20s but add a little more to the cleaning routine. Use the combination of a makeup remover and a tace wash to get really clean skin.
Step 2
Take special care of the under eye area and lips. Use a lightening, capillary stabilizing cream like vitamin K, blood pigment clearing lotion like Amida under eye gel or cream every night. Use a concealer with a good moisturiser during the day. For lip care use beeswax base lip butter with an SPF to keep them soft.
Step 3
Continue with your sunscreen.
Step 4
At night you can change your night cream from a simple one to one that has ingredients like Retin-A, AHA, BHA, collagen boosters and other antioxidants. Do not forget your neck and the back of your hands.

Age Erase In Your 40s
In your 40s you have officially matured and now you are seriously stressed out. Your skin is sagging and you are packing on weight. Your skin feels dry and looks thin. You need to now add extra moisture and collagen building activities in to your skin to give it all the help you can.
Step 1 Your cleansing routine now needs to get more gentle and one that adds moisture to your skin. If your skin feels very dry you can shift from gel face wash to creamy face wash that will not strip away the natural oils from your skin.

Use your sunscreen religiously and pick one that has at least SPF 30. Whether you have dark circles or not, do not forget to use an under eye cream under and over your eyes.
Step 3
Start your night care with a cleansing ritual and relaxing neck exercises like head rotation. Your night time cream should be thicker than what you were using in your 30s. You can use creams with peptides, retinol, liquorice, kojic acid and hyaluronic acid.
