There’s good news for those looking to purchase Steam hardware. Earlier on Thursday, 21st December 2017, Valve announced that they have officially kicked off the annual Winter sale for Steam. The deal will run from 21st December to January 4th at around 1 p.m. ET. During the sale, interested purchasers will be able to buy Steam hardware at as much as ninety percent discount. This is not all as many other hardware products will be put out on sale. The list of products that are available for purchase includes the Steam Controller, Steam Link media streamer, and a wide range of other Steam games.
According to a report by PC Mag, yesterday’s featured deals made most products available for as much as seventy-five percent discount. The massively-popular multi-player space-adventure gaming title, ‘Elite Dangerous’ was available for a price of $7.49.
Meanwhile, puzzle-oriented game, ‘Portal 2’ was available for a discount of ninety percent at a starting price of $1.99. Apart from this, interested purchasers will discover great discounts in titles such as, ‘Tekken 7,’ ‘Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege,’ ‘Vanquish,’ ‘Styx: Standards of Darkness,’ ‘The Dungeons Franchise’ and ‘Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite,’ series.
“Games are about the agency, and this award is for the game that has it in spades,” Valve explained. “Maybe it’s because there are 31 ways you can breach into a villains lair. Perhaps there are dozens of potential partners for you to build a romantic future with. Or maybe you find yourself constantly saying ‘Where oh where should I plant those turnips’?
In all three scenarios, there is a common bond: the choice was always yours.” The sale is expected to continue until the fourth of January however, that does not necessarily mean that all the products that you wish to purchase will be available as well.
