The researchers also tell that those who adopt the way of aerobics and exercise shows three times improvement in cognitive. Those who don’t spend a single minute for any physical exercise shows a decline in the cognitive action. Aerobics exercise is termed to be more effective to slow down the condition of Alzheimer’s.

The study which gets published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society tells,”Our meta-analysis is the first to suggest that aerobic exercise may be more effective than other types of exercise in preserving the cognitive health of older adults at risk of or who have AD.”
