A Fresno man who is found of sushi and have it almost every day pulled out a 5 feet long tapeworm out of his body. The tapeworm was living inside his body for some time. At this Dr. Kenny Banh tries to find out the relevant causes and says that this all hasn’t hurt the man at all. Banh tells that when he was working in the Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, a patient comes to him and tells about bloody diarrhea.

Banh tells that he doesn’t give any sign of cramping but tells that he wants to get treated for worms. Banh founds the request odd and tells that the man was handling a plastic grocery bag. Banh tells that when he takes to put the paper roll from it he founds a long tapeworm wrapped around. Banh also tells that the man gets worried after seeing something crawling out of his body in the toilet. He says that the man gets tensed and thought that it was his guts coming out.

He says that the man started pulling the worm out and then gets relieved to find it as a worm. He soon found that it was not an entrail but a tapeworm. Banh tells that the tapeworm was 5 feet and 6 inches long and the length was not recorded before at all. Another Dr. Jessica Mason tells that the tapeworm can be 40 feet long.

The man tells that he hasn’t drink any contaminated water but he was used to with salmon sashimi called sushi. The man tells that he used to eat raw sushi every day. In 2017, a study founds that the wild salmon can carry a tapeworm which can grow inside a man’s body for long. Another aspect of the situation is that the tapeworm doesn’t show any major symptoms in anyone’s body.
