SUSHI DIET PLAN
Breakfast : About 10 sushi rolls with one cup of hot lemon tea (sugar free)
Mid-Morning : One cup green tea with one fruit
Lunch : 8-10 sushi rolls with melon juice or a citrus drink (halt teaspoon honey can be added)
Snacks : A hot cup of herb tea (green tea or hibiscus tea)
Evening Snack : One cup green tea with one fruit
Dinner : Light meal (half the number of rolls had during lunch) with hot vegetable stock soup.
