Kootu Curry Recipe
Kootu Curry or Kootu Kari is a thick curry-based dish made of few veggies and legumes. Veggies include yam, ash gourd, snake gourd, carrots, pumpkin, or plantains. Legumes added are black chickpeas (Kala chana) or Bengal gram (chana dal). Kootu Kari is an important dish in the Onam Sadhya.
Parippu Curry Recipe
It is one of the dishes prepared for Onasadhya. Usually, it is a moong dal made with coconut and other spices. You can use either moong dal or tuvar dal to make the recipe.
