However, sources close to the Board officials have hinted that the CBSE Board is likely to issue the exam hall tickets for CBSE Board Exam 2020 in next two days i.e. either on 18th or 19th January 2020. Regular Students to Get Admit Cards from School
Students who have registered for the CBSE Board Exam 2020 through their schools i.e. regular students must note that the Board Exam Admit Cards will be made available to them through their schools only. CBSE Board will make the CBSE 10th and 12th Admit Card 2020 available to the respective school principals and administration. Therefore, students are due to appear for the CBSE Board Exam 2020 are advised to contact their school in order to get the CBSE admit card 2020.
Private Candidates to Download CBSE Admit Card 2020 from cbse.nic.in

Changes Made By CBSE Regarding Admit Card
Admit card is a very important document on the day of the exam. It consists of all the important dates regarding the students and the exam. Any error in the admit card might lead to verification problems on the day of exam. Earlier, many parents used to lodge a complain regarding the mistakes in the admit card on a later basis. To avid such problems, CBSE has made the parent’s signature a compulsory detail on it. If there will be no signature from the parent’s side, he/she will not be allowed to give the exam. On the other hand, the private students of class 10th and 12th have a relief from this change. The private students can enter the exam hall without having signature on their respective admit card.
CBSE Class 10 Admit Card 2020
CBSE Class 10 Admit Card is the identity card issued to all the desired students of class 10. The admit card is issued at the school login. So, all the students need to visit their respective schools to attain their admit card. CBSE releases admit card for both the regular and private students by the month of January. Though the regular students have to collect their admit card from their respective schools. The private students have to visit the official website to download it. Last year, the regular students were able to collect their admit card from January 30. While the admit card for private candidates was available from January 19.
CBSE Class 12 Admit Card 2020
In order to appear in the exam, it is important for the students to have access to their admit card. Without admit card, no student can enter the exam centre. CBSE Class 12 Admit Card is issued to all the students appearing in the exam. Admit card consists of personal, educational and test centre related information. As CBSE releases the admit card for regular students at the school login. So, only the school heads will be able to download the admit card. This means that the students have to visit their respective schools to collect their admit card. However, private students can download the admit card from the official websites only. Previously, the admit card for regular students was released on January 30. Whereas, for private candidates, it was released on January 19.
Important Instructions For Examinations
Here, in this session, we have discussed some of the important instructions which a student should keep in mind while appearing in the exam.
- Before leaving your place, make sure that you are carrying all the important documents required in the exam centre.
- The students should try to reach the exam centre at least 15 minutes before the start time of the exam.
- Maintain silence and stay in the queue at the time of frisking and document verification.
- No student is allowed to go anywhere in between the exam. You can either go before the exam or after the exam.
- Any student found using unfair means practices will not be allowed to give further examination. Also, strict actions will be taken against the students appearing in the exam.
- No unauthorised stationery items or electronic gadgets are allowed inside the exam hall. If found any will be kept outside the exam centre.
- Before leaving the exam hall, make sure that you submit your answer sheet to the invigilator present at that time.
- The invigilator will not grant permission to any student for leaving the exam centre before the end time.
